MISSION

As part of TECHVITIS' growth strategy, we are seeking motivated Scrum Masters or Agile Project Managers to support and guide agile teams toward delivering high-value products efficiently.

This role not only requires facilitation of agile practices but also offers opportunities for leadership growth, including mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of agile maturity within the organization. You will be encouraged to play a stronger leadership role in coaching and guiding junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting and adhering to Agile principles and the team operating model.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed and prioritized product backlogs.
• Proactively identify and help remove obstacles that impede team progress.
• Monitor and support team performance by using agile metrics and promoting transparency.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-trust team environment.
• Encourage continuous improvement and agile best practices across the team.
• Manage dependencies within and across teams to ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• (For more experienced profiles) Mentor and coach junior Scrum Masters and team members to enhance overall agile capabilities and maturity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or related role.
• Basic to good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
