Our Beirut office plays a central role in supporting our global operations, and we are now looking for a skilled HR Manager to strengthen our recruitment efforts, particularly for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software developers, IT support, and other IT professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and career centers to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy with a focus on IT-related positions.
- Conduct interviews and provide insights on technical candidate evaluations, partnering with technical leads to assess fit.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions to facilitate internships, entry-level recruitment, and workforce development.
- Manage onboarding to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into Techvitis' culture and operations.
- Oversee performance reviews, employee growth, and development initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues while providing guidance on HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Techvitis policies, maintaining HR standards and ethics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on technical recruitment in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as software developers, network specialists, DevOps engineers, and other IT positions.
- Understanding of IT roles and technical terminology to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Experience working on HR systems and processes to optimize recruitment and employee management.
- Knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
