Our Beirut office plays a central role in supporting our global operations, and we are now looking for a skilled HR Manager to strengthen our recruitment efforts, particularly for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software developers, IT support, and other IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and career centers to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy with a focus on IT-related positions.
  • Conduct interviews and provide insights on technical candidate evaluations, partnering with technical leads to assess fit.
  • Establish partnerships with academic institutions to facilitate internships, entry-level recruitment, and workforce development.
  • Manage onboarding to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into Techvitis' culture and operations.
  • Oversee performance reviews, employee growth, and development initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues while providing guidance on HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Techvitis policies, maintaining HR standards and ethics.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on technical recruitment in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as software developers, network specialists, DevOps engineers, and other IT positions.
  • Understanding of IT roles and technical terminology to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working on HR systems and processes to optimize recruitment and employee management.
  • Knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
