HR Manager – Techvitis Group
Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Experience Required: 7–10 years in Human Resources, preferably in the IT services or technology sector
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the HR function across our group, by supporting people motivation and long term engagement, strategic talent sourcing and onboarding as well as legal compliance with Lebanese labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, or grievances.
- Foster employee engagement through structured communication and feedback loops.
- Promote well-being and inclusivity across the organization.
- Promote our company culture, help propagate it and remind our colleagues about it, as we believe that this culture and these values are crucial for the motivation of people and their long-term retention with us.
- Work closely with the company senior management to develop the synergies between RAMS and TECHVITIS colleagues and promote the One group culture
Workforce Policy Management
- Implement and enforce internal policies related to teleworking, relocations, rotations, leaves, and working arrangements.
- Ensure the company culture is consistently reinforced and embraced by all employees, especially those in remote locations.
- Ensure alignment between group policies and local labor laws.
- Regularly review and propose updates to HR and compliance policies.
HR Operations and Reporting
- Administer HR systems and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Track time-off, contracts, renewals, and rotations.
- Collaborate with Finance to align HR data with payroll, benefits, and compensation operations.
- Generate periodic reports for leadership on workforce status, employee billable days, turnover, and culture adherence.
Employee Onboarding and Policy Integration
- Oversee and standardize onboarding procedures.
- Ensure alignment with company values, processes, and contractual terms.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and codes of conduct.
- Document employee paperwork and background checks
Compensation, Benefits & Legal Compliance
- Manage salary structures, allowances, and rotations in accordance with Lebanese labor law, including:
- Contract types, probation periods, end-of-service rules, NSSF, MoF compliance.
- Working hours, leave entitlements, holidays, and overtime regulation.
- Monitor wage benchmarks and advise on fair compensation practices.
- Liaise with legal advisors and auditors on compliance audits and tax declarations.
- Monitor and report on market salary scale positioning
Strategic Partnering & Talent Ecosystem Development
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, training centers, and career services to support talent pipelines.
- Represent Techvitis in academic and career fairs, talent forums, and internship programs.
- Conduct initial screening and candidates introductory calls
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and ensure availability through external channels.
