Our Beirut office plays a central role in supporting our global operations, and we are now looking for a skilled HR Manager to strengthen our recruitment efforts, particularly for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including the preparation of P&L analysis, cash flow statements, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese accounting laws, regulations, and best practices while adapting to international accounting systems.
- Generate and maintain the chart of accounts in accordance with both local and international standards.
- Align with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of quarterly and annual reports.
- Oversee NSSF tasks, advising on compliance with NSSF regulations and handling necessary paperwork and forms.
- Assist in preparing and filing Ministry of Finance (MoF) documents, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and internal controls.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Manage tax reporting, ensuring compliance with Lebanese tax regulations and company policies.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring financial planning aligns with company objectives.
- Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative in handling complex financial tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on Lebanese accounting laws and regulations.
- Proven experience working with international accounting software, with the ability to customize and adapt to Lebanese laws and audit requirements.
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing P&L statements, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality financial reports.
